Affiliate Marketing Policies for Daily Goods

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Daily Goods Affiliate Program, affiliates must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Operate a legitimate website, blog, or active social media platform.

  • Produce content that aligns with our brand values and customer interests.

  • Comply with local laws and advertising regulations.

Daily Goods reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate any affiliate at our discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links or discount codes.

Commissions will not be issued for:

  • Self-referrals

  • Fraudulent or suspicious orders

  • Cancelled or refunded purchases

  • Chargebacks

Commission percentages and payout schedules are displayed in the affiliate dashboard.

3. Commission & Tracking Policies

  • Qualifying Sales: A sale qualifies when a customer completes a purchase using the affiliate’s link or discount code, and the order is not refunded within the return window.

  • Tracking: Sales are tracked using cookies and/or discount codes. Cookies normally remain active for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

  • Attribution: If a sale occurs within the cookie/tracking window, the affiliate receives commission.

4. Payout & Payment Terms

  • Payouts follow the schedule shown in the affiliate dashboard.

  • A minimum payout threshold may apply depending on payment method.

  • Affiliates must provide accurate payout details to avoid delays.

  • Payments are issued only for approved commissions after the refund/return period has passed.

5. Marketing Guidelines

To maintain brand accuracy and customer trust:

  • Affiliates must represent Daily Goods products truthfully.

  • Misleading claims, spam activity, unethical marketing, or impersonation of the Daily Goods brand are not allowed.

  • Paid advertising using our trademarks or product names without written approval is prohibited.

  • Affiliates may not claim to be employees or agents of Daily Goods.

6. Use of Brand Assets

Affiliates may use:

  • Approved product images

  • Promotional material

  • Brand logos provided by Daily Goods

Affiliates may not:

  • Modify logos deceptively

  • Use copyrighted content they do not own

7. Termination

Daily Goods may suspend or terminate an affiliate account without notice if:

  • Program rules are violated

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

  • Marketing activities damage the brand

Any unpaid commissions at the time of termination will be forfeited.

Daily Goods may update these policies as needed. Affiliates will be notified via dashboard or email. Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms.
