DAILY GOODS – GIFT CARD POLICY

This Gift Card Policy governs the purchase, use, and redemption of Daily Goods Gift Cards. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Daily Goods Gift Cards are prepaid digital cards that can be used to purchase products available on www.daily-goods.com

Gift Cards are issued by Daily Goods Enterprise FZ-LLC and are subject to the terms and conditions stated in this policy.

2. GIFT CARD TYPES

  • Digital Gift Cards only

  • Delivered electronically via email to the recipient or purchaser

  • No physical gift cards are issued at this time

3. GIFT CARD VALUE

Gift Cards are available in predefined denominations and/or custom values as displayed on the product page.

  • Minimum value: AED 50 (or store minimum)

  • Maximum value: AED 500

4. VALIDITY & EXPIRY

  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

  • Any unused balance after expiry will be forfeited.

  • Expiry dates cannot be extended once the Gift Card has expired.

5. REDEMPTION & USAGE

  • Gift Cards can be redeemed at checkout by entering the unique Gift Card code.

  • Gift Cards are valid on all categories and products available on Daily Goods unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Gift Cards can be used partially or fully. Any remaining balance will stay on the card until expiry.

  • Single Gift Cards may be combined in a Multiple order.

6. COMBINATION WITH OFFERS

  • Gift Cards may be used alongside discounts, promotions, and sale items, unless otherwise stated during specific campaigns.

  • Bonus Gift Cards or promotional credits may have separate terms.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred, or redeemed for cash or store credit.

  • Refunds for purchases made using Gift Cards will be issued back to the same Gift Card, not as cash or bank refunds.

8. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISUSED GIFT CARDS

  • Treat Gift Cards like cash.

  • Daily Goods is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

  • Gift Card codes will not be replaced once delivered and used.

9. FRAUD PREVENTION

Daily Goods reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or suspend Gift Cards suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of terms

  • Refuse redemption if suspicious activity is detected

  • Limit Gift Card purchases for security or compliance reasons

10. CORPORATE & BULK GIFT CARDS

Corporate or bulk Gift Card purchases may be subject to:

  • Separate terms

  • Custom pricing

  • Manual invoicing

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Daily Goods reserves the right to modify or update this Gift Card Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
